Obituary for Thelma Louise Wood Thelma Louise (Gandy) Wood was born on September 11th, 1931 to Homer & Verna Gandy in San Angelo, Texas. She passed into Heaven on July 31, 2018 at 12:48 am. Louise Married Elton Dwain Wood on August 21, 1949 in San Angelo, Texas. She was the Mother of five children: Homer Daniel-deceased (Belinda), Scott Dwain (Angela), Melinda Rodgers (John), Tracy Ray (Lori), and Timothy Todd (Becky). She was grandmother to nine grandchildren; Harrison & Gina Wood, Joel (Kimberly), John Mark (Allison) and Jeffery (Kyla) Rodgers, Rachel & Nicole Wood, Jessica & Jacob Wood. She was also grandmother to five great-granddaughters; Ashlea Phillips-Rodgers, Emily, Allie, Tori and Vivienne Rodgers Louise was a member of Calvary Temple Church. A casual celebration of her life will be held at Julies Event Center (3120 Junction Hwy, Ingram) Saturday August 11th at 11 am.
