Davis, Suzanne R. Saginaw, Michigan Suzanne R. Davis, age 76 of Saginaw passed away August 13, 2018 at Hoyt Nursing Home following an extended illness with Multiple Sclerosis. The daughter of the late Henry and Lois Mayer. Suzanne was born October 11, 1941 in Brant, Michigan. She was a graduate of St. Charles High School. She married James Howard Davis in 1970 in Saginaw and he preceded her in death in 2005. Mrs. Davis was a founding member of Bethel Assembly of God Church and later attended First Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and keeping house along with playing the piano. Surviving are 4 sons, Jeffrey M. (Stephanie) Davis, Jonathan Davis, Luke Davis and Dennis Davis; 1 grandson, Anthony Davis; and 1 brother, Paul Mayer. Funeral Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday August 20th at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave. in Saginaw with Pastor Weldon Townsend officiating. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
