Obituary for Sherrylyn Merica Pryor Sherrylyn Merica Pryor was born October 18, 1960, in Columbus, Ohio, to Christine Pryor and the late Walter Pryor. Sherry accepted Christ at an early age as her personal Savior. She was a graduate of Coley High School and sung at several school concerts. She loved music and was the lead singer in several musical groups. She loved to play musical instruments and was an artist. Sherry worked hard and provided for her family. She always provided good Godly advice and loved to fellowship with family and friends. Sherry departed this life on July 27, 2018, at Stafford Hospital, Stafford, Virginia. She is survived by mother Christine Pryor, son Jermaine J. Gowder, sister Pamela A. Pryor, brother Terrence V. Pryor Sr., (Markay Pryor) , nieces Ashanti Pryor, Nakia Pryor, nephews Timothy Cammon, Terrence Pryor, Jr.,(Camila Pryor), Teshawn Pryor, Antonio M. Washington, Jr., grandchildren: Jawon D. Gowder, Taejon M. Gowder, Jason Gowder, Savion Gowder, Tiana Gowder, Janelle Gowder, Braden Gowder, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
