Sherry L. Myers Blodgett 4/10/1954 – 8/4/2018 Sherry Lynn Myers Blodgett passed away August 4, 2018 after complications from a stroke she had suffered in February of 2017. She fought long and hard. Sherry was born to Mary Ann and Wayne Myers in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was the oldest of four siblings helping raise three younger brothers. Sherry grew up on a ranch in Lajara, New Mexico until her family packed up and made the journey to Palmer, Alaska. She absolutely loved the Last Frontier. Sherry was a devoted mother to her four boys and helped raise two step daughters. She was a Kirtland Bronco Football mom from 1995-2003. It’s fair to say she had a hand in raising and providing for many young men. Sherry is survived by her husband; William O. Blodgett Jr, brothers; Howard, Raymond, and Jody Myers, sons; Wayne ton, Shawn and Tim Brusin, and Lee Blodgett, step daughter; Kellie Tillerson and fourteen grandchildren. Her Grandchildren were her life’s joy. Sherry loved taking on the title Nana. Memorial services for Sherry will be held Saturday August 11th at 10:00am at Emmanuel Baptist church 211 W. 20th st Farmington. Join us for a CELEBRATION of her life.
