Obituary for Ruth Frank (Strickler) Ruth Leona (Strickler) Frank, 95 of Sykesville formerly of Woodlawn Passed Friday, August 24, 2018. She was born August 4, 1923 in Mcconnellsville, PA the daughter of the late Thomas E. and Leona Esther (Smith) Stickler. She was the Beloved wife of the late Kenneth M. Frank. Mrs. Frank was a member at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Catonsville. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and also was a member of the Woodlawn Homemakers Club. Devoted mother of Karen and husband Bill Wennerster, Diane and husband Steve Heidy, Barbara and husband Jay Ripley. Dear sister of Tom Strickler and wife Jan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Memorial Services to be held at a later date. Mrs. Frank will be interred with her husband at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD .
