Obituary for Roselyn Ford Roselyn Ford, age 96, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at the Evangelical Home in Saline, Michigan. She was born on December 4, 1921 in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Nicholas and Mary (Haddad) Nassar. Roselyn married Herbert W. Ford Jr. on September 7, 1952 in the Orthodox Church and they later attended the Methodist Church. Roselyn enjoyed cooking, traveling with her husband, and spending time with family and friends. Roselyn graduated from Woodward High School in Toledo, Ohio in 1940. She served in the US Air Force, she graduated from Cosmetology School, and worked in her family business. She met her husband while working at Rossford Ordinance Army Depot. She later worked for GHS Strings Corporation. She is survived by her loving husband, Herbert W. Ford Jr; daughters Denise Tindle, Diana (Thomas) Cole, and Darlene (Michael) Ford-Fontana; grandchildren Mike Tindle, Kristin Tindle Coe, Leanne Cole, David Cole, Catherine Fontana, Michael A. Fontana, Joseph Fontana, Nathan Ford-Fontana; and great grandchildren Caleb and Mia Coe. She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews including Donna Martin, Frank (Arlene) Shaw, Sheila (Sam) Gamble, Mary Louise (Terry) Breymaier, Jackie (Warren) Barnes, Robert (Kathy) Przybysz, Sharon (Gus) Culianos and Ronald (Sue) Nassar. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Nicholas (Lillian) Nassar, Nathan Nassar, James (Louise) Nassar, Adele (Paul) Shaw, Eleanor (Norman) Przybysz. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the Robison-Bahnmiller Funeral Home in Saline, MI. The Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at First United Methodist Church of Saline. Burial will be Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Battle Creek, MI. Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or First United Methodist Church of Saline. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
