Obituary for Rosa “Rosie” Webb (Hiller) Rosa Lee Erma Hiller Webb, 91, of Abilene passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. in North’s Memorial Chapel, 242 Orange St. Graveside services will be held at Elmwood Memorial Park Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 3:00 P.M., with Pastor Clyde Kieschnick officiating, under the direction of North’s Funeral Home. Rosie was born June 28, 1926 in Mills County, Texas to George and Martha Hiller. She graduated from high school in Priddy, Texas. She moved to Big Spring, Texas and married Billie Webb Jr. in 1945. After their marriage she went to California while Bill serviced in the Navy then moved back to Abilene and had three children. She worked for Abilene Independent School District as a lunch room manager for thirty years. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Billie Webb Jr. She is survived by her children Nancy Cassel and husband William, Jerry Webb and wife Vickie and Sherry Webb, seven grandchildren, multiple great- grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be sent to Zion Lutheran Church, 2801 Antilley Road, Abilene, Texas 79606 building fund.
