Robert Reed Sr 2018

Robert Reed, Sr., age 77 of North Lawrence, passed away at his daughter’s home with his family by his side on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. He was born on July 8, 1941 in Massillon to Robert and Zelda (Maxhimer) Reed. He worked as a truck driver for Superior Brand Meats. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Barbara Reed, his granddaughter Shanet Cherry, his grandson Eric Guilliams and his sister Judy Gainey. Bob is survived by his daughter Kimberly (Bob) Guilliams, his sons, Robert (Susan) Reed, Kenneth (Saundra) Reed and Rick (Sandra) Reed and his stepdaughter Patricia Thomas. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The funeral will take place on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Pastor Cecil Thayer and Pastor Zach Guiler (his grandson) officiating. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday one hour before the service.
