Robert E. Lee Sanders; 52 of Scottown, Ohio gained his wings to heaven on Monday July 30, 2018, departing from St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. The Ashland Kentucky native was born November 28, 1965 the son of Sharon K. Spears and the late Junior Levi Sanders of Kitts Hill, Ohio. He was a United States Army Veteran who loved to fish, hunt, ride his motorcycle and work on cars. In addition to his mother, he is survived by 3 sons; Brandon Sanders and his wife Daphne of Raleigh, North Carolina; Robbie Krafczik and his wife Ashley, Kyle Krafczik and his wife Nikki, of Wichita, Kansas; a brother, Christopher Sanders and his wife Elsie of Syracuse, New York; Lenny Rice of Kitts Hill, OH; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many other close family and friends. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm August 3, 2018 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East Grayson, Kentucky with Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post Memorial. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Disabled American Veterans. Family entrusted his care to Brown Funeral Chapel of Ironton.
