Life Story for Patricia A. Hoffman PATRICIA A. HOFFMAN, 65 of Delta, PA, died on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born on September 12, 1952 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Alma L. (Jackson) Munchel. For many years, Patricia worked as a LPN for Sava Senior Centers in both their Forest Hill and Bel Air locations. She will be missed by all who knew her. Patricia is lovingly survived by: Her son, Brian K. Hoffman, wife Michele, of Delta, PA Her brother, James A. Munchel, Jr. of New Bern, NC Her three grandchildren, Rachael, Sarah and Andrew Hoffman A viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA 17314 immediately followed by a Catholic Prayer Service officiated by Father Stephen Sutton from St. Ignatius Catholic Parish, Forest Hill, MD. Funeral staff will be assisting with parking and handicap needs during the services. There will be no public inurnment at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kaufman Cancer Center at UM Upper Chesapeake Health, 500 Upper Chesapeake Dr, Bel Air, MD 21014.
