Patricia Ann Otte, age 74 of Randolph, MN, died as a result of an accident on Wednesday evening, August 8, 2018. A visitation and memorial service will be held at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Randolph. Visitation will be on Friday, September 7 from 4-8 p.m. and the memorial service will be Saturday, September 8 at 10:30 a.m. More information will follow.
