Otto Bernhard Borm, 77, of Liverpool passed away unexpectedly on July 29, 2018 in Angleton. Otto was born in Alvin at his family home on November 6, 1940 to parents Bernhard and Louise (Schuenemann) Borm. He married Joan Edwards on November of 1962. Otto enjoyed fishing, playing pool, cooking, and spending time with family. Otto was preceded in death by father, Bernhard Borm; mother, Louise Borm; granddaughter, Triston; two oldest brothers, Gustav and Ernest; sister, Edna; and nephew and niece, Randy and Suzie. Left to treasure his memory is his wife, Joan Borm of Alvin; children: Sherry Tippit and husband Joey, Sandra Scribner and husband Clint; brother, Herb Borm; grandchildren: Dalton Long, Cody Tippit and wife Chelsea, Gunner Scribner; great grandson, Waylon Tippit; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, family members and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Park Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Otto’s memory to a charity of your choosing.
