OBITUARY Opal Marie Blackburn March 23, 1956 – August 20, 2018 Opal Marie Blackburn, 62, of Fort Smith, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2018, in a local hospital. She was born March 23, 1956 in Seminole, TX. She was a factory worker. Cremation was under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. There are no services scheduled at this time. Her children David Blackburn, Jr., Rhonda Riley, Codi Cruz and Angie Smith, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, survive her.
