Obituary for Olindo “Lindy” DiBiagio Olindo “Lindy” M. DiBiagio, 94, of Pittstown, NJ, formerly of Clark, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 10am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. John the Apostle R. C. Church in Clark at 11am. Entombment will follow to St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm on Tuesday. Born in Euclid, PA, Lindy was raised in Elizabeth, NJ. He worked in quality control at Singer Manufacturing Corp. in Elizabeth for 40 years, retiring many years ago. Lindy served his country as a Corporal in the United States Army Air Force during WWII. He was a member of the Italian American Club of the Gran Centurion in Clark. Family and friends is what he lived for, enjoyed hunting with family and nephews and his other love was spoiling his grandchildren and being proud of their early accomplishments. Lindy is predeceased by his wife Elsie (Marconi) DiBiagio. Surviving are two children Michael and Susan DiBiagio, a sister Jennie Amalfe, three grandchildren Delanie, Michael, and Matteo, and his caregiver Sheila.
