Norma T Geiger 2018

Norma T. Geiger, 93, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Saturday July 28, 2018 at Country Meadows of Mechanicsburg. Born July 3, 1925, in Brooklyn, New York, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Lusardi) Poli. For nearly 17 years, she had worked at Fred S. James & Co. Insurance Brokerage. A member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Camp Hill, she enjoyed classical music as well as growing roses and traveling to rose shows. The last of seven children, Norma is survived by her daughter, Holly J. Bratton, and her husband, Bruce F. Bratton, of Harrisburg; and, sons, Gerald A. Geiger, and, John T. Geiger, and his wife, Patricia Geiger, all of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robert E. Myers III, Jacqueline Geiger, Lauren Guida and Jennifer Meade, and, great granddaughters, Hannah and Madeline. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday August 2, 2018 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3435 Trindle Road, Camp Hill. The family will receive friends at the church, from 10:30 to 11:00 A.M. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY, will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110 or at hospiceofcentralpa.org.
