Noe Vasquez was born February 9, 1943 in Brownsville, TX. He left to be with the Lord August 3, 2018 in Porterville, CA He is 1 of 9 children to Ignacia and Santiago Vasquez. Noe later moved to California in 1963. He worked at the Porterville Developmental Center as a supportive equipment adapter. After retiring he worked as a handyman for friends and family. He is survived by his wife Rosalinda Vasquez, his 4 children, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother and 5 siblings. Noe is survived by his siblings Guadalupe Vasquez of Dickinson, TX, Julian Vasquez and Yolanda Barrientos of Porterville, CA. He and his wife attended Porterville Believer’s Church and after 15 year he began attending The Word of Victory Church to preach and sing to the Lord.
