Obituary for Neil Preston Brown Neil Preston Brown, age: 43 Of: Charlotte, TN. Died: August 1, 2018 in Nashville, TN. Mr. Brown was born January 3, 1975 at Fort Bragg, California. He was a loving and devoted father and husband. He loved woodworking and motorcycles. Mr. Brown was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. Visitation: 4-8:00 p.m. Friday August 3, 2018 and Saturday 12:00 until time of service at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service: For Mr. Brown will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Honeycutt officiating.
