Michael G. Chastman, age 54, went to be with the Lord on August 9, 2018. He was born on January 29, 1964 in Barberton, Ohio. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and family, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, Christian music and attending church. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Virginia Vasquez; step-dad, Lawson Junior Boatwright; uncle, Trent Vasquez; and father, Gary M. Chastman. Survived by his wife of 9 years, Kimberly; mother, Yolette Pearl Boatwright; son, Mike Wright; daughters, Deanna Beachy and Trisha Fox; grandchildren, Ethan, Thomas, Madison and Gracelynn; sister, Evette Conrad (Bobby); half-sister, Tanya Chastman; and many nieces and nephews Memorial Services will be held Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Lord’s House of Prayer, 6105 Manchester Road, New Franklin. Inurnment will take place at Lakewood Cemetery, Akron. Memorial contributions may be made in Michael’s name to the Lord’s House of Prayer, 6105 Manchester Road, New Franklin, 44319.
