Mrs. Martha Ann Green, 86 of Brooklyn, NY passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Woodhull Hospital in New York. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018, 12 Noon CST at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Valley, AL, Rev. R.L. Carter, Pastor; Officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Valley, AL. Mrs. Green is survived by three sons: Joseph, Harold and Dennis Green, all of New York, one sister, Frances of Gastonia, NC, five brothers: Napoleon of San Diego, CA, Billy, Charlie and Tommy, all of Gastonia, NC and Edgar of Seattle, WA, four daughters-in-law, Joyce Green of Lanett, AL, Minnie Roberts of Valley, AL, Louise Miller and Loretta Mitchell, both of Brooklyn, NY, nine grandchildren: Al Kareem (Carmen), Nzinga, Nefertiti, Shaqwann, Dominant, Jawanda, Lamel, Jamarie, and Dominick, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, her good friend, Irene Smith, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
