Obituary for Marilyn Temple McKibben Marilyn Temple McKibben 70 of Laurel born November 27, 1947 left this earth for her heavenly home July 31, 2018 after a lengthy illness that she faced with grace and courage. She is preceded in death by her husband Billy McKibben, parents J.D. and Mattie Lee Calhoun, in-laws Nelson and Dorothy Temple, brothers Winfred, Harold, and Joe Calhoun, and sister Gloria Dawn Calhoun. She is survived by her children Windy (Tony) Herrington, Cindy (Nathan) McAndrews, Brian (Jenny) Temple, Brandy McKibben and Shaun McKibben, grandchildren Colby (Tobi) Smith, Brody Smith, Anthony Herrington, Danielle Martin, Brianna Williams and Garrett Siddon, great grandchildren Trinity Smith, Landon Smith and Colby Martin, mother-in-law Mary McKibben, brothers James and Kenneth Calhoun, sister Joyce Lee, and numerous nieces and nephews. Marilyn was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, which she loved and faithfully attended before her illness. Sean Piper and Bryan Stuart will officiate the memorial service which will be held Saturday, August 4th at 11:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 895 Lower Myrick Road, Laurel, MS.
