OBITUARY Lillian Liebross August 15, 1927 – August 6, 2018 August 15, 1924 – August 6, 2018 Lillian Giberman Liebross died at the age of 93. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dr. Joseph Liebross, and her parents, Esther and Isaac Giberman. She was an eternal optimist, always thinking of others and smiling, laughing and singing. Lil attended Chicago Teachers College and spent a lifetime sharing her love of music with students at schools and in her home. Lil founded the San Fernando Valley chapter of Na’Amat and was a dedicated labor Zionist. She was deeply devoted to her friends and family that now survive her: son Burt and daughter-in-law Ivy, daughter Beverly Weise, five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and sister Eileen Maddis.
