Liliane Gauthier 2018

Liliane Gauthier, 96 years of Lynn died on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. She is the wife of the late Andre Brifils. She was born in Leogane, Haiti, February 2nd, 1922. She was the daughter of the late Denis Gauthier and Eve Saint Louis. She was raised in Haiti and attended schools there. She has lived in Lynn for several years. Liliane was a clothing designer in Haiti She was a devoted parishioner, who loved St. Mary’s Church. She is survived by her children, Marie Carmelle Mathieu and her husband Jean Roland Mathieu, Henry Brifils of Long Island NY, Marie Marlene Gauthier and her husband Varnet Saint Jean of Lynn, Jean Robert Saint-Louis and his wife Marie Yvrose Saint Louis of Florida, an adopted daughter Sylia Antoine of Haiti, a daughter in law Marie Claire Gauthier of Martinique and Two step sons Alexandre Paul of Long Island NY and Clement Laguerre of Worcester. She also leaves 13 Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren. She is the Mother of the late Gerard Brilils and Franz Gauthier, and the sister of the late Emmanuel Gauthier, Gerard Saint-Louis and Francine Saint Louis. Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:00 AM from the SOLIMINE FUNERAL HOME, 426 Broadway,(Route 129), Lynn followed by a funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church in Lynn at 10:00 AM. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours are on Friday from 5:00 to 9:00 PM.
