OBITUARY Khamsene Phosavang July 20, 1949 – August 28, 2018 Khamsene Phosavang, 69, of Van Buren, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2018, in Fort Smith. He was born July 20, 1949 to the late Nou and Phong Phosavang. Khamsene was retired from OK Foods and a member of St Michael’s Catholic Church in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Moyene; one son, Andrew Phosavang (Kayla); two daughters, Silany Joyce (Josh), Nina Phosavang; three grandsons and two granddaughters. Mass will be 1 PM Saturday at St. Boniface Catholic Church with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery under the direction of Edward’s Funeral Home, Fort Smith.
