Obituary for Kenneth MacDonald MEREDITH—Kenneth MacDonald, (86) passed away on August 11, 2018 at Golden view Health Care in Meredith, NH. Ken was born in Concord, NH on October 29, 1931the son of Edwin and Bertha MacDonald. Ken attended Concord schools, graduating from Concord High School, then attended the University of New Hampshire. He then worked for 45 years for State of New Hampshire, Dept of Environmental Services on the water pollution control commission. Ken was married to Joyce MacDonald (Philbrick) in 1958 in Plymouth, NH, and they had one son, Jonathan S. MacDonald. Ken enjoyed studying and riding old trains, fishing, playing tennis and racquetball. He was an active Mason, belonging to the Holderness Masonic Lodge, #1 in Holderness, NH. Ken is survived by his sister; Jean Dulude of George’s Mill, NH his nephews; Jonathan Dulude and his wife Lezli of Kirkland, WA, and Joel Dulude of George’s Mill, NH, his brother in law; Keith Philbrick and his wife Shelly of Holderness, NH.
