Obituary for Mrs. Judy Ann Smith Sass Judy Ann Smith Sass, 62, wife of the late John Sass, of 209 N. Pine Street, Walhalla passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 at Oconee Memorial Hospital. A native of Oconee County, Mrs. Sass was the daughter of the late Luther H. Smith and Evie Hanks Smith. She was retired from Schlumberger and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Sass is survived by a brother: Wade Smith of Westminster; sisters: Linda Orr and Elise Blackwell both of Walhalla. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Sass was preceded in death by her brother: Loyd Smith. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday, August 27, 2018, at the Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Davenport Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted. The family is at their respective homes.
