Joyce M. Miller, 72, of Williston, OH, passed away, Sunday, August 26, 2018, at the Luther Home of Mercy. Joyce was born on July 18, 1946 in Tiffin, OH, the daughter of Gaylord and Flora (Aller) Miller. She worked as an assembler at Riverview Industries. Joyce enjoyed bowling, swimming and crafts.
