OBITUARY Joseph Warren Rager December 5, 1994 – August 26, 2018 Joseph W. Rager, 23, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018. Joe was born in Virginia Beach to David and Jackie Rager. He is predeceased by his brother, Victor Michael Rager. After Lakeland High School in Suffolk, Joe graduated from the Virginia Tech Pamplin School of Business. He was a project manager with NVR, Inc. in Charlotte, NC. Joe was a sports enthusiast, most of all he enjoyed playing golf and supporting Hokie football. Joe never met a stranger and he made everybody absolutely love him with his affectious personality and loving smile. He is survived by his father, David Rager; mother, Jackie Rager; grandmother, Rosa Voigt; the love of his life, Taylor as well as many loving extended family members and huge number of friends. A funeral service will start at 3pm, Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. After the services there will be a Celebration of Life at Broad Bay Country Club on Lords Landing. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local SPCA or animal shelter. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
