Joseph F. Mooney, 44, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away on August 26, 2018. Son of the late Joseph A. and Geneva Holman Mooney. Survived by his two children, Allan and Ashley. Also survived by his sister, Patricia J. Mooney of Gaithersburg, MD, as well as four half-sisters, Deborah Lozupone of Gaithersburg, MD, Janet Weiner of Silver Spring, MD, Kathy Griffin of Florida, and Carol Apps of Florida. Service arrangements will be announced at a later date.
