Obituary for Joseph St. Clair Joseph C. St. Clair 59 of East Stroudsburg, Pa. died on Sunday Aug. 26, 2018. Born in New York City, New York, he was the son of Joseph L. and Anita (Wallmuller) St. Clair. Joe was residing in the East Stroudsburg area for the past 20 years and prior to that he lived in the New York area. He is survived by a son Jesse St. Clair of Lindenhurst, New York and a grandson Jacob Charles St. Clair. Private cremation services were handled by the Joseph J.
