Obituary for Joan Patricia Langford Joan Patricia Langford, 83 of Rossville passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 23, 2018, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born Thursday, November 22, 1934 in Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of the late James McGann and the late Josephine Kelly. She was the wife of Richard Langford. Joan a former recptionist for American Express and a long time Home Maker was devout in her beliefs,she was a member of over 40 years of the prayer group Shekinah Branch of Yahweh. Joan loved gardening and crocheting, was especially talented in painting, but her true devotion was to her family, she relished spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Beloved wife of 58 years to Richard Langford. Loving mother of Richard Langford, Eileen Kim, Kathleen Wolfe, and Joan Ricciardi. Dear sister of Joseph McGann. Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday at Our Lady Star of the Sea located at 5411 Amboy Road Staten Island, New York 10312.
