Woodland Hills Funeral Home 507-387-5504 Jeffery G. Nusser, age 56 of Mankato, passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018 at his home. A Celebration of Jeffery’s Life will be Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 2 to 5 P.M. at the Eagles Club 708 N Riverfront Dr. Mankato, MN 56001. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred. Woodland Hills Funeral Home of Mankato is assisting the family with arrangements. Jeffery Gerald was born on September 23, 1961 to Gerald R. and Melva V. (Hopp) Nusser in Mankato, Minnesota. He graduated from Mankato East High School in 1978. After high school he started his career with the Muffler Center in Mankato, and later worked for Dobie’s Repair, and was currently employed at Rock Street Auto in Mankato. Jeff was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman, and enjoyed his trips to Montana and Wyoming deer hunting. He was a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #269 in Mankato. In his leisure time he enjoyed time spent with family and friends. He is survived by his brothers, Michael (Julie) Nusser of Cleveland, Dennis (Mary) Nusser of Mankato; sisters, Judy Olson of North Mankato, Susan (Dan) Wilson of Mankato; by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, uncles and aunts, niece.
