OBITUARY Jeanette Fraidin May 2, 1925 – August 26, 2018 Jeanette (Miller) Fraidin of Canton formerly of Newton, MA and Florida. Died on August 26, 2018 at the age of 93. Originally from Chelsea, MA, she was the proud and admired daughter of Rubin and Annie (Mazer) Miller. The loving wife of the late Leon Fraidin, who was the true love of her life. Jeanette was a devoted mother to her children, Cheryl & Arnold Levy, Leslie & Jerome Reicher, Scott & Diane Barron, Norman & Lisa Fraidin, Ken & Myra Fraidin, and Claire Sandell. She adored and cherished her three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was a caring sister to the late Rose Minsk, Celia Shick and Hilda Patch. In more recent years, Jeanette carried her earlier competitive drive, so often displayed in her zeal for tennis and golf, to table games (Mahjong) with friends and neighbors at Orchard Cove. Funeral services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA on Wednesday, August 29th at 10:00 AM, followed by a private burial. The family will observe shiva at Orchard Cove, 1 Del Pond Drive, Canton, MA on Friday, August 31st from 1 to 4 PM. (781-821-0820). Donations in her memory may be made to the Orchard Cove Scholarship Fund, 1 Del Pond Drive, Canton, MA 02021.
