Obituary for Jack R. Fordyce Jack R. Fordyce, age 101, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Jack was born on November 13, 1916 in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He served in WWII as a bombardier pilot with the United States Air Force. Upon returning home Jack graduated from the Catholic University of America with a bachelor’s degree. The majority of his career was spent working for Dow Chemical Company as an engineer. Jack is survived by his daughter and only living relative, Sue Schwab.
