Harold R Hyder Sr 1947 2018

Obituary of Harold Hyder, Sr. Harold R. Hyder, Sr. “Hal,” 71 yrs., passed away suddenly on Friday, August 24th. Hal lived in Waterford and grew up in Audubon New Jersey. He proudly served in the United State Army. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He had a fondness for history and cars. Hal loved spending time with his family and absolutely adored his grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, Charles & Frances Hyder (Roach); loving son, Harold R. Hyder, Jr., “Hank,” and brother Robert Hyder. He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Donna Hyder (DeBlase); daughter, Jessica Olszewski and husband AJ; son, Jason Hyder and wife Tricia; brothers, Charles Hyder and wife Carol and Frank Hyder and wife Helen; adoring grandchildren, Jacob, Madison and Zachary Olszewski and Emma and Anna Hyder and many nieces & nephews. A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 29th from 9am-11am, followed by Mass at 11 am at St. Anthony’s Church, 450 Pennington Avenue, Waterford Works, NJ. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Ronald McDonald House, Southern New Jersey at ronaldhouse-snj.org.
