Obituary of Frederic J. Krzyminski Fred Krzyminski, 90, of Esville, our devoted and loving husband and father was born into eternal life on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at McLaren Bay Region. Fred was born in Bay City on November 26, 1927, the son of the late Valentine “Walter” and Regina “Virginia” (Sieja) Krzyminski. While in the Ben Franklin store on Columbus Ave., the former Loretta Sochacki caught his eye. Fred knew she was meant to be his bride. After many nights dancing, they were united in marriage on July 10, 1954 in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Fred proudly served in the U.S. Army, graduated from Bay City Junior College, and attended the University of Michigan, remaining a proud Wolverine fan. After many years of service, Fred retired from the U.S. Postal Service, where he was a mail sorter. He also enjoyed golfing, watching football, and trying his luck on video poker at the casino. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 64 years, Loretta and their two children, Renee Riddle and Mark Krzyminski. He was the beloved brother of Betty (Raymond) Dabrowski and Gerry Taylor. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Fred was welcomed home to heaven by his brother, Marion (Georgia) Krzyminski; father and mother-in-law, Julius and Hattie (Smolinski) Sochacki, and his in-laws, Jack Taylor, Walter Sochacki, Gertrude Majchrzak, Germaine Kaminski, Clara Murawski, Isabelle Szeszulski, Josephine Symborski, Violet Heinz, Mary Ann Pokay, Stanley Sochacki, and Harold Sochacki. Fred’s family will be present to receive visitors on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 9:00 AM until Fred’s 11:00 AM Memorial Liturgy at St. Jude Thaddeus Parish (St. John the Evangelist Church), 614 Pine St., Esville. Fr. Jose Maria Cabrera will officiate with the Rite of Committal to be held privately in St. Patrick Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
