Obituary for Dorothy A. Van de Walker Dorothy A. Van de Walker, 73, of Gloversville, died August 12, 2018. Born in Amsterdam, NY on October 23, 1944, the daughter of the late Stanley and Victoria Szumska Tracki. She is survived by her children, Victoria (John) Palella, Richard (Sherry) Brower, David (Darlene) Brower; siblings, Robert (Coni) Tracki, Joan (John) Beardsley and Cathi (Edward) Willette; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husbands, Seward Brower, who died in 1986, James H. Van de Walker Sr., who died in 2010, and her daughter, Roxana Brower Blakler, who died in 2013. A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018, at noon in the new section of Prospect Hill Cemetery, Gloversville.
