Dana G. Leemaster, age 61, of Genoa, passed away August 27, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on Detroit Avenue. He was an avid University of Michigan football fan and he enjoyed golfing, reading, target shooting and watching NASCAR but most of all he cherished the time he spent with his 2 children. He also made sure to donate blood to the Red Cross on a regular basis. Dana is survived by his wife, Shirley; children Ben and Nicole; siblings: Buffy Leemaster and her companion Phil Lovelace, Mark Leemaster, Heather Leemaster and her companion Terry Heinsen; nieces Cassandra and Andrea. Also surviving are many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Sharon Leemaster. In honoring Dana’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Grace Lutheran Church, 19225 Witty Rd, Elmore, OH 43416.
