Obituary of Craig Cahill Craig L. Cahill 67 of Nassau died Friday, August 24, 2018 at St Peter’s Hospital. Craig was born in Troy to the late James and Audna Cahill. He started his career as a police officer with the capital Police moved to an analyst for NYS OGS and later retired in 2006 as a Building Space Analyst for NYS Workers Compensation. Craig was an ardent golfer and a champion bowler. Predeceased by his brother, Troy police sergeant Brian J. Cahill. Craig is survived by his wife of 45 years Patricia (Heaphy) Cahill two sons: Michael (Megan) Cahill and Jeffrey (Megan Caruso) Cahill, three grandchildren Maximilian, Moira, Marek Cahill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral 9:00 Tuesday from the Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home 165 Columbia Tpk. Rensselaer and 9:30 am at Holy Spirit Church 667 Columbia Tpk., East Greenbush, NY. Friends may call in the funeral home Monday from 4-7. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Troy. Contributions may be made to Holy Spirit School 667 Columbia Tpk. East Greenbush, NY 12061 in his memory.
