Obituary for Charles Thomas Carr Charles Thomas Carr, age 67, of Dayton died August 8, 2018 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. He was born July 8, 1951 in Marceline, MO to the late Donald Carr and Marie Inez (Guker) Carr. Charles lived in Dayton since 1990. He served his country with the US Army during the Viet Nam war. Charles retired as a Supervisor for United Technologies after many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a member of St. Bridget Catholic Church. He is survived by his companion of 20 years, Suzanne Kiefer; his two sons Chad (Kelly) Carr of Spring City and Chris (Beth) Carr of Middletown, OH; his three brothers Jim (Mary) Carr of Albany, IN, John (Valerie) Carr of Hayward, WI and Joe (Jill) Carr of Spring, TX; his sister Sherry Tibbs of Middletown, OH; and four grandchildren Kyle Carr, Caleb Carr, Maddie Carr and Emilee Carr.
