Obituary for Carolyn Owens Caldwell Carol Owens Caldwell “CeeCee”, age 57, of Port St Lucie, FL, passed away August 2, 2018. Born on May 10, 1961 in Brownsville, Tennessee to Sofronia Owens and Sammy Vaughn, she enjoyed working for Nassau County Corrections in New York for 25 years. Eventually retiring to Port St. Lucie five years ago, you could find her gardening, spending time on the beach with her husband and dogs and beautifying her home in her spare time. Carol is preceded in death by her parents and sister Crystal Owens. She is survived her beloved husband Michael Caldwell; siblings, Brenda Harris Owens, Sandra Owens, Kenneth Owens, Aaron Spencer, Gale Vaughn, Mark Vaughn, Tracey Johnson, Sammy D. Vaughn Jr, Sammy D. Vaughn and Tyrone Vaughn. Other survivors include, Tonya Calixte, Frank Harris Jr, Ashley Daniels, Khalil Spencer, Avery Spencer, Kristina Owens, Alana Owens, Nia Steadly, Kenny Owens; a host of in laws, nieces, nephews and cousins; Aunt Dorothy Brown; Uncle Larry Owens; and her dog Coco.
