Obituary of Carole Burns Carole Ann (Mills) Burns, 74 of Collegeville, PA died peacefully on Saturday, August 4 at 7:15 am in Abington Hospital. Born August 14, 1943, in Bloomsburg, PA she was the daughter of Mary Martha (Rhodomoyer) and Lewis E Mills Sr. Carole was a voracious reader, huge football and Philadelphia Eagles fan, music lover and wonderful mother and sister. Carole is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Lewis E. Mills, Jr. and SueAnn Mills; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Sam Burns, Steve Burns and Shawn and Juanita Burns, a daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie (Burns) and Jeff Robinson, nine grandchildren, Brianna Burns, Steven Michael Burns, Alicia Burns, Tyler Burns, Simone Robinson, Bianca Robinson, Wes Robinson, Mia Burns and Gisele Burns; one niece, Elaina and her husband Peter D’Amore and two nephews, Michael Mills and Rocco D’Amore A memorial service for Carole will be held at 1 PM on Sunday, August 12, at the R.L. Williams, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., Skippack Pike and Cedars Road, Skippack, where the family will receive friends from 12-1 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your choice of charitable organization.
