In memory of Mrs. Carmen Victoria Ortiz of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 5th at 10:00 a.m. at Orange Hill Cemetery. Carmen Victoria Ortiz was born November 3, 1942. Carmen enjoyed being around family and traveling. She loved God with all of her heart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rafael Ortiz and parents, Erasmo Ortiz and Victoria Morales. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her children, Onix Cartagena, Hector Cartagena and Alexi Cartagena; grandchildren, Joel and Jessica Rodriguez, Jonathan, Jessica, Emmanuel, Alixmar Cartagena, Teresa, Jerline (Louise), Ashely, Alexis and Junior Cartagena; great-grandchildren, Christian, Nalani, Katrina, Elizabeth, Jaden, Josiah, Hanna and Asher; brother, Josian Ortiz (Ramona); sisters, Sylvia Ortiz and Gloria Alvarado; daughters-in-law, Gloria Rivera and Rosa Cartagena; nieces, Margie, Wanda, Judy, Sarai, Ruth and Noemi; nephews, Antonio, Aldolfo, Alfonso, Jamie, Jose and Antonio; great-nieces, Vanessa, Alondra, Jasmine, Erica, Elena and Selena; great-nephews, Jeremy, Joshua, Matthew, Juan and Antonio; spouses of nieces, Rodolfo, Dyrell, William, Edwin and Duval; friends, Marie Siemon and Veronica.
