OBITUARY Betsy Anna Simcox April 11, 1943 – July 31, 2018 Betsy Anna Simcox, 75 of Everett, Washington, passed peacefully in her sleep on the morning of July 31, 2018. She was born April 11, 1943 in Tacoma, Washington. She was the daughter of Everett Ellsworth Ellison and Gertrude Catherine Marie (Jonker) Ellison. She is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, James William Wilcox; her brothers Kenneth Ellison and Andrew Ellison; her daughters, Robin Huff of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jeannice Allred of Odessa, Texas, Cecilia Wegener and husband Michael of Odessa, Texas, Dawn Mullen and husband Darrin of Bellingham, Washington; as well as two step-sons, Michael Simcox and wife Lanny of Lake Stevens, Washington and Russell Simcox and wife Vickie of Marysville, Washington; thirteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Betsy was a very skilled seamstress and quilt maker. She taught quilting classes in Bellingham, Washington. She made many beautiful quilts for her friends and loved ones. Betsy will be buried at Enterprise Cemetery in Ferndale, Washington. Arrangements entrusted to Weller Funeral Home, Arlington, Washington.
