Barbara “Joyce” Baker Manis, age 72 of Lenoir City, entered her heavenly home on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. Joyce was proud to be a Child of God and was an amazing and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Manis, son and daughter-in-law Timmy and Stacey Manis, daughter and son-in-law Neca and David Toler, grandchildren Cody Manis and fiancé Jordan Babb, Sydney Toler, and Addisyn Toler, sister and brother-in-law Charlotte and Stanley Heaton, brother and sister-in-law Terry and Denita Baker, several nieces and nephews (including her close niece, Sarah Baker), many special family members and friends, and a very special family friend, Medra Scarbrough.
