OBITUARY Arthur Boone Newland June 24, 1932 – August 26, 2018 Arthur Boone Newland, age 86 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday August 26, 2018 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born on June 24, 1932 in Hindman, Kentucky the son of the late William and Grace (Combs) Newland. Boone was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a retired educator for the Edgewood School District serving for over 28 years. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Opal (Ramsey) Newland; son Michael Newland and brother John (Fredonna) Newland. Funeral service will be held at 1pm Friday August 31, 2018 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held prior to services from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in his memory to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Avenue Hamilton, Ohio 45013 or Alzheimer’s Association 644 Linn Street Suite 1026 Cincinnati, Ohio 45203.
