Angeline Agnes Hazlett 1923 2018

Obituary of Angeline Hazlett Mrs. Angeline “Angie” Hazlett, 95, of East Main Street, Nelliston, New York passed away, Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Mountain Valley Hospice House in Gloversville. Born on July 27, 1923 in Frankfort, NY, she was the daughter of Luigi Licari and Vita LaForte Licari. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Mrs. Hazlett worked at a Dress Factory in Mohawk, NY, until her marriage to Stuart Hazlett in 1976. She then went to work at LifeSavers, and later retired from LaSalle Labs. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Benny and Leonard; sister, Rose Licari Montana; and step-grandson, Jesse Gifford. Mrs. Hazlett is survived by her husband, Stuart of Nelliston, NY; brother, Sam Licari of Frankfort, NY; step-children, Yvonne Gifford, Wanda Hazlett, Loren (Jenni) Hazlett; 2 step-grandsons, Jacob and Ryan Hazlett; and several special nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 11:00AM at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Reid Street, Fort Plain, NY with a gathering of family and friends to follow at the Church hall. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 9:00-11:00AM at the church. Burial will take place in Fort Plain Cemetery.
