OBITUARY Alice Marie Watson December 18, 1935 – August 10, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Alice Marie Watrous Watson, 82, of Sanford Fl, was born on December 18, 1935 in Akron, OH, to Darwin and Oreta (Musgrave) Watrous. She was a dedicated and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, Sister and friend. She loved, and was beloved by so many and will be greatly missed. She was a lifelong member of the Nazarene Church and spent decades serving faithfully at the Sanford Gracepointe Church of the Nazarene. She attended Sinclair Community College to be a Dietetic Technician and spent her career as a Nutrition Supervisor for Florida Hospital. Alice loved Tuesday prayer meetings, entertaining guests, traveling, visiting the ocean and sitting in the warmth of the sun. She grew up in Dayton, OH and raised her family there before making her home in Sanford, FL in 1979. She was proceeded in death by her parents, former husband and love of her life, Ed Coatney and sister Laura (Ralph) Wise and is survived by her brothers, Lloyd (Betty) Watrous of Lakeland, FL, Howard (Carrie) Watrous of TX, her children, James (Faye) Gibson of Lebanon, OH, Gary (Linda) Gibson of Apopka, FL and Linda (Thomas) Clark of Miamisburg Ohio. Grandchildren, Michelle (Nick) King, Brenda (Kevin) Gibson, Kyle Gibson, Colin Gibson, Andrew Gibson, Andrea (Nick) Webb, Sarah Clark, Matthew Clark and Alicia Clark, and 9 great grandchildren as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Jesus carried Alice home to heaven on August 10, 2018 and her loved ones anticipate a great reunion someday!
