Zackariah Wayne Freitek, 13, of Kansas City, died on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Children’s Mercy Hospital. He was born September 13, 2004, to Anthony and Lori (Highsmith) Freitek. Zack was a very loving kid. Zack always had a smile on his face and loved everyone. He brought happiness to everyone he met and still continues to do so. Anyone that was down, he brought them up. He loved being around people and always put others before himself. He saw people for who they really were and loved unconditionally. He is survived by his mother Lori Freitek and Tony Young, father Anthony Freitek, Sister Alia Freitek, Brother Adel Freitek, grandparents Rita Highsmith, Dennis Highsmith and Tina Morford, and Great Grandmother Mary Mae Hett and many aunts and uncles. Visitation will be Sunday, June 3, 2018, from 1PM until time of funeral service at 2 PM at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Interment will follow in Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the family. Share online condolences at TerraceParkFuneral.com.
