He was preceded in death by his parents: H.L., SR. and Frances Ross, brother: Harry Ross, Jr., and sister: Betsy Ross. He attended Morristown Church of Christ. Bill leaves his brother: Jimmy, wife Lynn Ross, sister-in-law: Martha Ross; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
