Mr. William Clevin Toman Sr. , 80, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2017 at his home. He was born on August 23, 1937. He was preceded in death by Elsie Maxine Toman. He is survived by two sons William C. Toman, Jr. and wife Theresa and Christopher M. Toman and wife Angela all of Fayetteville, NC; one grandson Zachary Toman.
